Shelley Bloom has been involved in teaching yoga, meditation and complementary therapy for over 20 years. Her enthusiasm to teach is born through the benefits she has received through her own practice.
Shelley has drawn from a variety of modern systems and ancient traditions to create a basis for her teaching and therapy and over the years has studied with inspirational and learned teachers.
During this time she has run groups, courses, workshops, retreats and one to one sessions in leading Yoga Centres, Health Spas, Corporate Organisations, Schools and Cancer Care Centres.
Shelley’s approach to teaching is professional and compassionate, warmly encouraging and supporting individuals to reach their own potential to learn the practices and empower and heal themselves.
Shelley has a clear intention to reach out to those from all walks of life who need or are searching for tools and skills to support life’s challenges and experiences.
As well as her own love of yoga & meditation Shelley receives great pleasure from drawing/art and all things creative. Curious, interested and inquisitive about the world around her.
