Thanks to Shelley meditation is now part of my daily life. I now feel better equipped to deal with the big surprises life throws in my path. The tools and techniques Shelley has taught me have allowed me to keep my anxiety in check.

 "I really look forward to Monday night yoga and Thursday night meditation with Shelley.  I always had reservations about yoga as I didn't want to embarrass myself getting into difficult positions.  My perception was so wrong.  Shelley's class let's you enjoy yoga at your own pace and at the same time get maximum benefit from the practice.
